It took many, many versions in Strata to recreate with accuracy the shape of an Olympic Bobsled. The rendering was spot on for the final graphic.
Using very few shades of gray and intense contrast when needed, made for a more striking image of a hockey goalie.
Adobe Illustrator Gradient Meshes made up the majority of the work on the rifle showing the new design used for the Olympians.
This was my second opportunity to create a graphic showing the process of loading an Olympic bobsled. Strata was used with modified Poser figures.
One thing unique to having been a Visual Journalist is you never knew what your next assignment's content could be. Case in point, the anatomy of a baseball hat.
